Chef Adam Tabura is the winner of the Great Food Truck Race Season 4 and owner and master blender of Manele Spice. Chef Adam is no stranger to Hawaii’s culinary scene having honed his skills at the Four Seasons, and various Westin properties. Adam is a proud Lahainaluna graduate. Like our shows host and Adamʻs brother, the Adam hails from the island of Lana’i. Currently Chef Adam has a busy schedule gigging all over Hawaiʻi so we are thrilled he made time for us at Cooking Hawaiian Style.
