All Heart NZ’s ‘circular solution’ business model has been acknowledged for its effectiveness in strategic planning and leadership.

The 2degrees Auckland Business Awards honoured the organisation with the prestigious Supreme Award, celebrating its excellence in leadership and purpose-driven strategy.

This award recognises their hard work, passion, and commitment to benefiting their business, community, and the environment.

All Hearts NZ says it has a vision of transforming unwanted corporate resources into positive change, which has enabled this profit-for-purpose organisation to grow steadily.

With 83 per cent of landfill waste in New Zealand originating from corporate businesses, their circular economy framework aims to redirect that waste back into communities, creating significant environmental and social impact.

Lindsay Unuia, All Hearts’ Chief Encourager, believes such recognition highlights the organisation's relevance and impact in today's market.

“It is a great achievement that All Heart NZ exists in the market. We provide a comprehensive resource recovery solution for unwanted corporate surplus.

“We are all about corporate sustainability and community support, and this reflects all strategy and planning given the year we had economically.’’

Unuia emphasises that strategic planning has been crucial to their success.

The company conducts planning sessions twice a year, pausing all other activities to focus solely on developing a comprehensive strategic plan encompassing every aspect of the organisation.

As a result, they have successfully diverted 90 per cent of their corporate waste from landfills and have supported over 400 communities through their services.

“The award is a reflection of our focus on strategy planning, and we take it seriously, especially for a year we’ve had it's been a tough year, and to be recognised for the work we do Is a great acknowledgement.’’

While the organisation's environmental impact is significant, the importance of this award for all Hearts NZ itself cannot be understated.

In a sector where their services are unique, Unuia believes this recognition sends a powerful message to major corporations, encouraging them to explore ethical business practices.

"I see this as an encouragement to the rest of the community to reconsider rethinking what they are going to do with their surplus items rather than just sending them to the landfill.

“We’ve become specialists at this now and it's about creating a circular economy as a path forward.”
