She has an associates degree in culinary arts from UH Maui College and holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Portland. Vanessa Castillo brings experience from previous roles at Montage Kapalua Bay and Leoda’s Kitchen & Pie Shop to Lahaina Noon.
