The host of PMN's new sports show says he's excited to spread the word about Pacific sporting achievements around the world.
Former league player and coach Willie Poching will host Pacific Grandstand, a two-hour show starting at 8am on 531pi every Saturday morning.
"I've got a willingness and an enjoyment in talking about sport and chatting about sport," Poching told Pacific Mornings.
"And bringing our listeners up-to-date with the talents and achievements of our Pacific people around the world, not just in this country, but athletes far away and abroad."
The show kicks off this Saturday at 8am on 531pi.
